He keep in touch factory production matters and spend lot of time among labors and quality control departments. He personally take care the prospective customers inquiries and be above board in his dealings.
 
We have six departments in operation and controlled by their respective manger and they directed all reports and information connected to Chief Executive. The quality control and production department direct by the chief executive guidelines and instructions. 
 
The company main business in manufacturing exporting of sports, law enforcement, public safety and working gloves. The gross annual sale is growing 25% annually. 
Now the company management has set up a new garment factory. Where the company has its own stitching, cutting and production units. The gloves related apparel like sailing, motor biking, ski and fashion are manufacturing there.
